Oh my, how good it is to see shoots springing up, bluebells getting ready to set their flowers skyward!

Springy Bluebells

When I first tried Kinetic Chain Release, I was on the course, learning this therapy to help clients move from pain into balance and ease of movement. I didn't expect it was going to help me or shift my life as incredibly as it has. I had a little low back pain that niggled occasionally but was also dealing with enormous grief as it was only weeks since my beautiful Mum had passed on. At lunchtime on the first day, I sat under a tree on the grounds and had a good cry. I was in bits and finding it hard to hold it together, it's quite intense learning and it was hard being away from home. The afternoon brightened, I began to see how this treatment was making a big difference to all of us as we worked on each other. Physical issues were resolving, I was feeling tension leave my body where I didn't even know I was tight. By the time we finished for the day, I went for a walk (secretly looking for Lush) and I just walked and walked - and I grinned and wondered at this odd feeling of being in balance again, more than just physically. The grief was still there undiminished but oh my, also the freedom, looseness, smooth and jaunty flexibility and the inspiration that I could share this and let other people feel this too. I felt inexplicably happy.

It's hard to explain how loosening tension in the body makes you feel more free and balanced on deeper levels but it just does. There's a glow that comes back and I see it in so many clients, it's the biggest joy in my work because I know how it feels too.

And so, without labouring the March/Spring/getting out for more walks thing, I'm going to do all Kinetic Chain Release treatments from now till the end of March for £5 off, just £35. Come and get free. 'Cos balance. 'Cos life.
