A poke in the ribs!

I did something to a rib a couple of weeks ago, probably lifting heavy work bags into the boot of the car in a rush to get on the school run! I really irritated the joints both front and back. So my breathing was affected, every breath making me wince, moving, doing all the things life asks of me in a day became a tricky process and I had to let it rest and give it some tlc for a few days.
Now it feels sooooo good to be back to doing everything normally again! It's amazing how much we take our ease of movement for granted and how much pain makes us tense up all over. I started moving differently and it was definitely affecting my clarity of thinking!
My main aim with working with your body is to enable you to feel comfortable in your own skin again, at ease and enjoying life, as it should be - our natural state! I had a wonderful client tell me last week, following several months of "excruciating" pain and one Kinetic Chain Release session, that she hadn't needed any painkillers in the week since. It's now been 2 weeks and she still hasn't needed them. That's why I do this and I know there's not shortage of aches and pains out there.
The joy of normal!
Bring it on, bring it back! (Ahem, because you're worth it!)
